Meals from our first day

OK, here I am making my first Vegan breakfast, recipe found on page 288. I never thought I'd eat squash, seaweed, millet, porridge with a side of steamed kale. But it was actually very good! P.S. lets just dub this my before picture. ;-)

Last but not least our dinner. We missed out on the Plum dessert soup. Honestly I didn't have room for it anyhow. I've got the ingredients and will make some soon though. Recipes found on pages: 224, 244, & 267
